My son who is 19 now was a victim of a hit and run in Sept.16th 09..just 7 months ago.He suffered 5 brain bleeds,3 skull fractures and was pronounced brain dead.What saved his life?He is a pot smoker!He started somking when he was 15..for ADHD.When he got hit the Drs were expecting his brain to swell 4 more times and it never did.He spent a total of 22 day’s in the hospital…never had to go to rehab!He is the same before he got hit…no problems!

Dear Dr. Oz, Thank you so much for your show on Med. Mj. I am 52 yrs. old, had a major car accident in 2000. Since then I have had to be prescribed Oxycotin, Opana, Morphine, ETC. for chronic pain. I live in TN where no one is about to even consider legalizing Mj. but I must tell you that it is the BEST pain reliever I have ever used, but I am not allowed it due to the law. I would amost move the CA if not for my elderly mother who needs me. But thank God for you and Montel and those who think like you. Maybe one day I can legally have the painkiller that works without having to worry about destroying my liver. Sincerely, In Pain in TN.
I’ve noticed recently how many marijuana legalization websites seem to be unaware of Rick Simpson. He is from Maccan, Nova Scotia (Canada) and has cured dozens of cases of cancer (including cases of terminal cancer) and many other diseases in using high-grad, concentrated, delta-9 THC oil from cannabis. He tried contacting the Canadian Cancer Society, but due to the fact they are controlled by pharmaceutical companies who’s chemotherapy profits would be completely cut by this cure, they did not listen to him. He contacted several government health officials and politicians but no on raised a finger. He notified the RCMP to tell them he was growing marijuana, making TCH oil, and distributing it to over 300 patients in Maccan for various diseases. They were even referring patients to him who’s ailments could not be cured by harmful, addictive, prescription drugs. Then, when he was in Amsterdam receiving the Cannabis Cup’s “Freedom Fighter of the Year” award, his house was raided by the RCMP and all his pot and oil were seized. There is an arrest warrant out for him and he is unable to return to Canada; he has already had past brushes with the law. Delta-9 THC from cannabis is the only thing that can treat his condition and he would not have access to it in jail. Meanwhile, cancer patients are dying needlessly throughout the world because pharmaceutics companies are worried about their profits.
